How to: Print in landscape orientation (across the wide edge of the paper).
Solution:
In the Table Datasheet view, use the 'Print...' command under the 'File' menu, click 'Properties...', and select the 'Landscape' radio button.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Open the Table Datasheet view.
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
4) Click 'Properties...'. (The <printer name> Properties dialog box appears, where <printer name> is the name of the printer currently selected.)

5) Select the 'Landscape' radio button in the 'Orientation' group.

6) Click 'OK'. (The Print dialog box reappears.)
7) Make any other desired changes in the 'Print' dialog box.
8) Click 'OK' to start printing.
NOTE: A table's datasheet can also be printed in the Database window, without opening the table in the Datasheet view. To do this, click the 'Tables' tab in the Database window, select the table to print, and select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'.
